Refunds & Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final.

Due to the nature of laboratory research compounds and sterile supplies, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Please review your order carefully prior to completing checkout. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@quantumpeakbio.com with order details and photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and determine an appropriate resolution if applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
