Are your products for human or veterinary use?
No. All products sold by Quantum Peak Bio are provided strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard checkout methods offered on-site. We may also offer manual payment options such as Zelle and USDT (ERC20). If you select a manual payment method, orders are processed after payment confirmation.
How do manual payments (Zelle / USDT) work?
Place your order first. You’ll see payment instructions on the confirmation page and in your order email. Include your Order # with the payment whenever possible and send a screenshot or transaction hash (TXID) so we can confirm quickly.
What network do I use for USDT?
If USDT is offered, it must be sent on the network stated in checkout instructions (example: ERC20 / Ethereum). Sending on the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping time depends on your location and the selected carrier service.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. If your order includes shipping, tracking details are provided once the label is created and the package is scanned by the carrier.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is processed/shipped, changes may not be possible.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of research products and quality control, many items are not eligible for return once shipped. If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit), contact us immediately so we can review and resolve it.
How should products be stored?
Storage varies by product. Always follow the storage notes on the product page and label. As a general rule, keep products sealed, dry, protected from light, and within recommended temperature ranges.

Use the Contact page and include your order number for the fastest help. If your question is about a manual payment, include your screenshot or TXID.
